YOUNG AUDIENCES, ARTS FOR LEARNING, the accompanying sun logo as well as other related product and services names and design marks and slogans are trademarks, servicemarks and/or design marks owned by Young Audiences, Inc., presently located at 115 West 92nd Street, New York, New York 10128. Other product and services marks on the A4L Site are owned by third party information/content contributors to the A4L Site.

The information and documents, on the A4L Site, are copyrighted materials of Young Audiences, Inc. or its content/information providers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Subject to the Terms of Use on the A4L Site, content/information received through the A4L Site may be displayed, viewed, printed and copied for your personal or educational, including classroom, BUT NON-COMMERCIAL use, provided you include all copyright and other proprietary rights notices. The "look and feel" of the AFL web site and the computer programs used to generate the web pages and to navigate through the web site are likewise protected by U.S. copyright laws and international treaties and may not be copied without the express permission of YAI.
